Cranberry
Valley, selected as one of the top fifty public courses in the
United States in 1984 by Golf Digest, is a par 72, 18-hole
championship golf course. A relaxing, scenic, and challenging
course, it offers well-maintained tee boxes and greens and
beautiful landscaping. The course’s Fairway Café serves
breakfast buffets and lunch inside or on an outside patio. The
breakfast is served daily until 10:30 and includes pancakes,
eggs, and omelettes. The Sunday buffet is served from 8:30 to
11:30, offering eggs, ham, fruit, pastries, etc., all for $10.
The afternoon menu includes soups, chili, chowder, and
sandwiches, among other things. Back on the course, greens fees
are $60 both during the week and on weekends. A $45 mid-day rate
starts at 1 P.M. daily and the twilight rate, starting at 2:30,
is $30. Carts are $16 per rider, but not required…walking is
encouraged. Metal spikes are not permitted.
Directions:
Take Route 6 to exit 10. Go toward Harwich. At first flashing
light, turn left onto Queen Anne Road. After approximately .2 of
a mile, turn right onto Oak Street. The course is .5 miles up on
the left.

Harwichport offers a small but uniquely challenging course.
Offering a putting green and charming clubhouse, Harwichport GC
is tough, tricky, and fun. The course is open from mid-spring
through December 1. Tee times are on a first-come, first-served
basis, and motorized carts are not available. At Harwichport,
you will find the only flat-rate greens fees on the Cape: $15
for nine holes, $25 for 18…anytime, every day.
Directions:
Take Route 6 East to exit 10. Turn Right onto Route 124 and
follow to Route 39 (Main St.). Turn right. At Forest St., turn
left. Club is 2 miles on right.
